      Pros

      Great groups of people to work with. Talent is second to none. New faces bring a fresh perspective. Ability to dictate your own career path. Internal events are always innovative and fun.

      Cons

      Filling the holes left by departed employees. Quality individuals left or were let go without true transition or departure plans. Because of this, an individual can become stuck working two or three positions.

      Pros

      Schedule flexibility is great. Management seems to understand employees have lives outside of work and at times, personal issues may conflict with work and I find them to be very understanding in that regard.

      Cons

      There has been a wave of layoffs every single year since 2010. Positions are not being back-filled meaning the remaining employees are overwhelmed doing work that is not part of their job description. Pay is not competitive at all and raises are pretty much non-existent despite the cost of living continuing to rise. Also, there is no room for growth. I cannot recall the last time I have seen someone promoted internally for a senior leadership or director position.
