      The company is doing its best to have a nice working environment for all levels. Standout work does get recognized and there is an inclination to promote from within.

      Cons

      The company is beholden to the mortgage market to a certain degree, so when the market goes down it gets tough.

      Great hard working people. Benefits are fair and comparable.

      Upper management not aligned on roadmap for the company. They are not willing to invest in people and tools to improve workflow efficiency. Company policies requiring people to work from a HUB office vs. remote led to many great people leaving or getting laid off. Very sad...
