Very dedicated work force willing to contribute to the company's success.

Cons

Executive Management out of touch with reality. Lack of business understanding and focused only on quarterly performance. Group-think leadership with emphasis on appearance but lacking substance and ignorant of the understanding that a well-run company is run by leaders who value their employees.

The company gives you a lot of flexibility and there is a lot of trust. I have a lot of flexibility and control over my working week. If you work really hard, you will be recognized and rewarded in this company. There is a lot of opportunity to move within the company and there is a focus on internal promotion. I love working for Corelolgic

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about working at Corelogic. As long as you are someone who will work hard, be proactive, and are solution focused, CoreLogic is a great place to work.

Consolidation has helped share price appreciate. Centralization in Dallas creates oppys there. Management has continued to beat investor expectations by cost cutting and stock buyback,

Cons

Burnout, loss of domain knowledge, limited innovation, especially in peripheral business lines. System reliability a concern in some business lines.
