      Company has a strong culture of ensuring that their employees are appreciated. Management treats employees well, generally do not make any decision hastily but thought out. Human Resources and Finance play a strong part in the culture.

      Companies has gone down different paths related to IT infrastructure costing money along with performance issues related to technology (resources along with hardware).

      Pros

      There are great benefits and they do a lot to teach and educate via tuition reimbursements, career training, retirement education, financial and health literacy classes etc.

      Cons

      Middle management has evolved into a hindrance to change, motivation for lower level employees and a block to the overall strategy of the company. There is a difference in the leadership styles observed. High level management uses democratic type leadership while middle management is more authoritative and micro management is not uncommon.
