My co-workers, schedule was flexible while I attended school

Cons

No room for growth in office, very low pay increases, too many layers of management . Management doesn't appear to understand what it is the employees on the floor actually do. Poor communication from management.

Pros

Some teams have managed to overcome the lack of support from upper management, and have pulled together to perform effectively.

Cons

Management balanced their first and second quarter budget by postponing the yearly merit raises until July, but did not tell employees until April (when the raises would usually take effect). Initiative is not rewarded at lower levels; all directives come from upper management. Non-salaried employees have had bonuses rescinded, merit raises reduced, and training eliminated.

Pros

Work-life balance can be achieved. Technically architects, consultants and leads are sound.

Cons

Management does not have the right vision on software field side. Management talks rubbish. Few mortgage products are doing good. But management plans with no brain. More focus on BPO sector side. A company with lots of politics. Technically employees cannot explore more, as the short-term vision of management changes focus more often.
