      Pros

      Little to no demand on work and therefore low stress levels

      Cons

      No drive for sales staff to grow the business as they are paid on the size of their accounts, so no need to hunt for new business, being attacked by competitors but maintain they are the market leaders so have no plan to change anything

      Pros

      These comments refer to the Australian subsidiary. Engaging workplace culture. Plenty of career opportunities. Also they are an employer that recognise and encourage flexible work arrangements to fit around family life.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on off-shoring processing at cost to quality control. Fresh ideas and employee regeneration valued over experience. Too often experience employees are moved aside in favour of bringing in fresh talent.
