Local management was prohibited from making positive, business driven decisions. Executive management had no knowledge of products and process. Contractual obligations with clients nationwide were disregarded as the company hit the exit button. This resulted in the catastrophic fatal failure of client relationships on the corporate global market. A company that does not respect its client base is certainly expected to disrespect its employee base. This is a publicly traded company that has no interest in its people or its customers.

With many acquisitions, the processes have become choppy and time-consuming. Cross-functional partners are not helpful or bought in on the Core Value of "Customers First". Need more hours in the day to accomplish job duties.
