      Toxic workplace , bullying, intimidation, financial punishments for staff

      Anyone that’s not in management in generally nice

      Cons

      Sales leadership team try to intimidate, bully and harass staff. Very egotistical, management highly favour women. No one leads by example. Fire people without due cause and call it redundancy
