      Pros

      Overall strong business Leader in the field Good salary and benefits Average vacation and holiday policies Multiple office locations, for now Seems to be working on some of their issues

      Cons

      Lots of red tape. Multiple levels of approvals required for the simplest changes. Those making technology decisions often don't have the technical background to make sound judgments. Concern for employees minimal. When they address this, it comes across as superficial. Eliminated work from home, resulting in the loss of significant talent. Layoffs are a constant. Closing remote offices to consolidate at new facility in Texas. Those affected aren't offered relocation. Employees are commodities, like toilet paper.

      Pros

      Hardworking, Dependable, Open to any hours, many years working in an office utilizing skills from answering the phone to payroll. Team player.

      Cons

      I try to do too much...example, if a document needs to be sent to the Customer Service Representative and the deadline for the doc to be processed is today, I will physically take the document so it can be processed immediately. I don't just send an email or log it in the system.

      Pros

      CoreLogic had some great people working for it in the Austin Office. They had deep assets in mortgage origination & really understand that business

      Cons

      Fractured systems & not a lot of focus outside of their core businesses that had little growth opportunity.
