Do not pay as per appointment letter No HR system No employee feedback system Both paid leaves and money they deduct No tax benefits for employee No allowance No work from home only leads and managers can do it No transport facility Legacy people screwing up the work culture No respect for employees Compliance policies are followed only on papers No reward and recognition No employee engagement activities No place where women can share their feedback’s Concerns and issues of employees does not reach to US authorities Micromanagement No transparency Employees leaving bcz of no miscellaneous deductions Lots of hidden internal policies

Only pro is there are nice people except leadership and executive manager

Cons

horrible executive managers, terrible leadership team, no strategy or direction, archaic technology, no innovation, employees treated badly and not valued, not at customer first organisation, bad performers rewarded, terrible and toxic culture, everyone is miserable
