Food, paid holidays, and ping pong.

Cons

I worked at the Westlake office and they have very poor leadership at the supervisor level. All they do is talk about other employees in a negative way and they also talk bad about other supervisors in the presence of the their managers. I just could not believe the things I heard they were just way unprofessional. Cant understand how they even became supervisors or why the managers allow this type of behavior.

If you really like working with offshore employees, and US based teams that have been decimated and demoralized, this is probably the place for you.

Cons

The ex-GE idiots have run the company into the ground, and now they're working on squeezing every last cent out the remaining assets the company has to line their own pockets. Thanks Bob!

Employee benefit package, some very knowledgeable individuals remain with the company.

Cons

Lack of investment in remote sites and employees at those locations, decisions to close locations, discontinue or migrate services to other locations without a full understanding of the impact on the customers. No investment in allowing sufficient time for a transition to be completed effectively.
