Senior Leadership are not united, its clear at the top they often don't genuinely work as a team. Turnover is massive, way to many people walking out the door. The continual question is what are they actually doing about it? so often too little too late Pockets of leaders are solid, sadly lots kowtow to the fierce ladies at the top who show desire to listen but very rarely change. There is never things taken off plates/agenda/priority list simply more added.

- Lack of vision from the executive, with no clear understanding of tomorrows demand, resulting in poor strategy and execution. - High staff turn over is detrimental to company's performance and to maintain credibility in front of clients. - Executives too remote from staff and has difficulty conveying proper meaningful goals.
