Thoughtless and inadequate reorganization in an effort to grab more market share. Poorly designed and executed proprietary software which hampers employees ability to do their jobs. Vindictive and thoughtless management who continuously set unrealistic expectations of their employees, mandating overtime to try to compensate for lack of viable workflow processes and well engineered and designed software. Toxic work environment filled with overworked, backstabbing employees. No common curtesy, loyalty or respect from management and directors. Employees with 30+ years of experience and tenure have been laid off. Company has been embroiled in several expensive and highly visible lawsuits with former employees involving intellectual property.

The management is more interested in re-organizing instead of growing their employees. People are very cut-throat and back stabbing. There's no where to turn because that's the culture of the company. Layoffs happen every 3 months. DO NOT WORK HERE.
