      Pros

      As a recent starter, I am finding this to be a great place to work with a sense of being able to grow into and beyond a role, and with colleagues who are very friendly and helpful. In starting during the 2021 Sydney lockdown, I have found the support in onboarding while WFH to be good.

      No major concerns thus far.

      Pros

      There were some good people here, made some of the social stuff OK. Definitely not a place you will take your work home with you.

      Cons

      - No real direction; The most recent problem is the most important - Favouritism - Leaders take credit for things going well, attribute blame to developers when it doesn't - High staff turn over
