      Pros

      Cross trained: when departments were short handed, others could jump in and help.

      Cons

      Too many changes. High turn around. Hire temporary employees but when volume was low, lay offs were right around the corner. But when volume was high, would hire more temporary employees.

      Pros

      CoreLogic has really nice folks who work there, the location is excellent, good salary.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership, no vision, lack of technical leadership, everything's moving to California.

      Pros

      Great group of people in Executive leadership at the Westlake location. Industry services and real estate information provided to customers is second to none.

      Cons

      Highest Corporate Executives sometimes appears to be most interested in their own position and positioning themselves for great monetary gain while little concern is shown to the hardworking individuals who actually make the company run. It is a perception, and perception is a reality in the minds of those being "looked down" on.
