Pros

Flexible Work-Life Balance: I’ve really appreciated the hybrid and remote options here. Management generally respects personal time, and I don't feel like I'm being watched around the clock, which makes for a much healthier daily routine. Amazing Coworkers: The best part of my job is the people. My teammates are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help out. It feels like a collaborative environment rather than a cutthroat one, which is rare for a company this size. Industry-Leading Tech: Working with such massive property datasets is a huge plus. I’ve had the chance to get hands-on experience with modern tools and see how AI is being integrated into our workflows, which is great for my professional growth. Great paid training is available also.

Cons

Pay is Below Market: While the benefits are decent, I’ve found that the base salary doesn't quite keep up with the rest of the industry. The annual raises are pretty minimal, so it can feel like you're losing ground financially the longer you stay. Bureaucracy and Red Tape: Because it’s a large organization, things move slowly. I often feel like simple projects get bogged down in endless layers of approval, which can be frustrating when you just want to get things done. Heavy Workload & "Lean" Teams: It often feels like we are understaffed, leading to "scope creep" where I’m taking on the responsibilities of two roles without extra support. Burnout is a real risk when the expectations keep growing but the headcount stays the same.
