      Pros

      Great people to work with. Director level gets unrestricted PTO, pending manager approval. The bonuses are pretty good once you hit a certain pay level.

      Cons

      Leadership is inaccessible and it's difficult to know what their business objectives are. No flexibility in working from home or remotely. There is a re-org every single year, and many of those have led to layoffs.

      Pros

      It used to be a good place to work. Turn over was very low in my office.

      Cons

      Management has gone insane. They pretended to take employee input with a "PopIN" session to gauge our concerns. Work-life balance was a very high priority so they decided to end work-from-home and close a lot of offices. You can't even work from home in most emergency situations. Now every high value person I talk to is unmotivated and looking for work elsewhere. Way to destroy a company. In two years they may not even exist.
