      Pros

      1. You can make an impact on processes and strategy 2. There is so much opportunity ahead for this organization 3. Incredible data assets and industry experts at every corner you shake a stick at. 4. Good investment in modern future (AI, tech, people)

      Cons

      1. Large company con -- lots of cross-matrixed projects and teams, you have to be willing to work in that type of environment in the US. 2. Like any 50-year-old startup, there's a mix of old and new technology/standards/ways of thinking. Headed in the right direction for sure (see Pros) but have to be willing to handle multiple systems.

      Pros

      Cotality expanded my professional connections and helped me gained opportunities to grow in the property data industry. One of the biggest pros for me as well is the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week - it allows me to save time traveling and focus more on my day to day task. I love my team very much too - they are all awesome and all have the willingness to help when I was starting which made is easier for me to adjust. There's also lots of recognitions and work benefits which motivates me more to work harder with quality!
