Another restructuring is coming up so be ready for some layoffs. We are moving into a new building in Irving next year with an open work environment, which means no/low cube walls which causes numerous distractions. Hope you're not ADD, cause you will get nothing done and spend most of your day listening to other people's phone calls, conversations, smelling other's lunches, and seeing people walk around the office. New corporate policy is no working from home. Trying to push a culture that no one likes and claiming we will be more united and work together more like a team or some nonsense. They increased the price of our benefits for 2016.
