      Pros

      Good coworkers, learned a bit about real estate. Made me appreciate every job I've had since, because at least they're not as bad as this one

      Cons

      On constant mandatory overtime. Pay was a pittance for responsibility level of the work. They would give everyone a ridiculous quota to meet each day, that was out of touch with reality. A really boring, tedious, underpaid and overworked job. Quitting was the best thing I ever did.

      Pros

      Depending on the department you are in, some departments are doing great in terms of moving forward with new technologies and streamlined processes. If you happen to be in these groups then it is a very good environment to be in.

      Cons

      In some departments, the chain of command, roles and responsibilities, ownership and processes are very unclear. This leads to confusion and worse still, chaos when it comes to dealing with external organizations.
