      Pros

      The only pro I had with this company was that I had a job.

      Cons

      My starting pay with this company started at $15.60 an hr. When they made the decision to eliminate my position in April 2014 I was only at $17.49. In the whole 8 + yrs I received a whole $1.89 raise! Whithin those years I also received an award for outstanding performance for my participation in a reengineering project. I worked many overtime hrs. to assist in completing that project.

      A good first job, but will leave you at the same position and pay scale for a long time.

      Pros

      I was able to get a job with CoreLogic before graduating college. the company allowed me to grow as long as I was willing to go where the contracts lead me.

      Cons

      I wish they valued their employs more because training and advanced degrees do not seem to be a high priority for them.

      It use to be a little flexibility. Now all there is micromanagement by bad managers.

      False representations that you can advance within, with all your experience and outstanding record YOU WILL be passed over by mgmt. showing favoritism to unskilled, under educated friends and family members.
