Still playing games with titles and salaries. Titles are non traditional and create role ambiguity . Salary increase are incremental. The company is not great at promoting internally. They would rather let a good employee leave and hire from The outside than promote from within. They have a blind spot for existing talent in the organization

Went completely woke and became a hostile work environment for anyone who isn't a cheerleader for gay pride events and LGBT issues. They have "pride parties" now and raise the gay pride flag out in front of the building.
