Pros
No Red tapes, this is a place full of new ideas and great leaders who are always open to listening as long as you have the right data to back things up. If you can take ownership and quantify what you want, I have never heard a NO. Hybrid working culture which makes it even better. The office is a complete stand-out with some great recreation and open spaces.
Cons
You may not always get feedback directly from your managers but sometimes have to reach out pro-actively which for some people is not the best way. Be the manager of your own career and ask for what you want with an open mind is what I have followed and have always received a positive response
