      A good place to work depending on your job role in the company.

      Pros

      You get to work on current technology. The Data Center is modern and secure.

      Cons

      In 2012 most if the IT jobs was outsourced to DELL. All the experienced IT staff that knew the environment well, all left the company when they were forced to transition to DELL or face being laid-off. Those IT personnel that remained were those that were less marketable. Each quarter people are afraid they will be laid-off. The system to server ratio was high. So many afterhours work on outages and typical afterhours scheduled work.

      Not the same company from years ago. New people in charge are making poor decisions regarding clients and staffing.

      Pros

      Immediate supervisors are supportive and knowledgable. Understanding of changes but hands are tied.

      Cons

      The philosophy of the company has changed. No caring for employees or clients anymore. Bottom line only goes so far. If you loose clients due to poor customer service and time service the profitability won't be there if the clients leave.

      I started working for First American Credco. It was great...until it became Corelogic Credco. New management, UH OH!

      Pros

      Challenging job, great co-workers and clients. My office managers were great and treated us like adults.

      Cons

      Corelogic changed the entire culture. Hires at severely reduced wages and benefits even as profits rose. The company is more interested in expanding their foreign offices, don't look for long term employment.
