      Pros

      A lot of freedom to make the business better with high degree of support from leadership. Broad mix of technology. Very supportive and collaborative culture. Lots of challenging problems to keep you interested.

      Cons

      Sometimes we try and do too much at the same time.

      Pros

      CoreLogic is a very well-rounded company with a great brand and a wide range of customer-centric products that form the backbone of the Australian economy. There is a great emphasis on employee wellbeing (which is extremely important to me and my family). I am very fortunate to have amazing leaders, managers and colleagues who constantly provide the best professional support while having a strong Agile culture (collaborative, self-organising & nimble etc.)

      Cons

      Some very legacy technology platforms are being gradually phased out or refined due to the enormous range of products. I am keen to see the company fully consolidate the technology stacks over the next few months.
