Pros

I've been blown away by the onboarding process. So much time and effort has been put into making me feel welcome, supported and connected, right across the business. A great experience, especially after being out of the workforce for maternity leave, I couldn't have been made to feel more valued and welcomed.

Cons

CoreLogic has an arduous background checking process, which takes some weeks to get through. A lot of information and documentation is requested which can put pressure on past employers to produce archived material. It's worth the wait though, and for those who keep records you’ll have no trouble.

Pros

The business pays above industry rates for most positions, and is connected to the banking, financial services, insurance, construction and government sectors in ways that will seriously surprise new starters (and long time customers). The company treats its staff brilliantly and fairly - if you apply yourself, succeed in your role, and support your team you will be looked after. This includes flexible working arrangements, an understanding and person-centered management team, an equal opportunity employment (and progression) ethos - half of our most senior execs are female, including our CEO and CFO - and an egalitarian management culture.

Cons

This isn't a business for those looking to 'cruise' and collect a paycheck. You'll need to apply yourself. Those who do the latter will be rewarded/recognized.
