- Exciting and interesting business to be within (Software and Property) - Opportunities to develop extensive skill sets within the role - Fast paced environment with every month never the same - Staff are empowered with accountability and responsibility to deliver in their roles - Ability to gain exposure to complex and challenging environments all within the same role (i.e. M&A, Taxation, Budgets, Statutory Reporting, Exec / Management Reporting) - Team is supportive and great people to work with - Recognition for work over and beyond expectations is valued and rewarded - Great flexible working arrangements with a hybrid working model adopted

Cons

- Fast paced environment would not suit everyone - Large portion of finance function / team centralised in the Irvine Head Office which limits ability for cross department secondments

Pros

Corelogic is a great place to work at, it has excellent career development opportunities that are available for those who are willing to put in the extra work. There are internal programs available to assist you in developing and nurture skills such as leadership, presentation skills just to name a few. There is also an internal mentor program where you have the chance to have regular catch ups with your mentor, who will guide you and provide career advice. I love that I get the opportunity to be part of these programs and know that I have the support to keep further developing my career.
