      Pros

      This is a very good company to work for. The management team from the CEO down is good to work for. They care about their teams, their customers and their company.

      Cons

      The internal processes at Cotality are archaic and hard on the teams. The company is aware and working on them, but the internal tools, platforms and processes are a heavy load on the employees.

      The program was very well planned and coordinated. We had a very productive time and learned a lot. Created new connections and as a team worked together to learn building our leadership skills, learn how to lead others with storytelling, collaboration, hands on experience and being authentic and present.

      Pros

      The people I work with at Cotality are truly great. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and will take the time to collaborate and help each other out. The product we sell is truly a must-have and not just a nice-to-have for insurance companies.

      Cons

      It is a very saturated market, and many products have become commoditized. It is very hard to get competitive intel and be able to say without a shadow of a doubt what makes our stuff better than the competition's. Because of that, it quickly becomes a race to the bottom on price. We are not the cheapest option and we are not the easiest to work with contractually.
