      Pros

      Benefit offerings seem to improve and expand each year. Strong confidence in leadership and the company's vision. Great work/life balance with well-being half days and Lyra employee assistance program for free therapy!

      Cons

      At times there are too many team building, non-work related events that don't leave enough time for taking care of my duties during normal working hours. I generally appreciate these fun events, but sometimes they're too much to keep up with my workload.
