Smart people Flexibility Opportunity to learn a lot of tech tools & practices

Cons

So many of the most talented people have left in the last year due to the corporate tone toward covid. Execs took a very hard line ‘business as usual’ approach that burned everyone out & forced people to return to the office before it was close to reasonable. Pay is below market rates. Lack of true diversity.

I loved my direct team, who did the best with what they had. Good benefits, fair pay I enjoyed my role and responsibilities

Cons

This company is plagued by its CEO. Strong employees drop like flies. This company could not care less about its employees. Turnover is rampant due to no remote or hybrid option. Leaders want this fixed, but are too afraid of political games with the CEO and CHRO.
