Very toxic culture, bullying and discrimination exists and is ignored. Not safe to speak up. Promotions occurred under promises rather than through a fair process. Exec favoritism. The company did not care for its people, only cared about the $ Run by an Executive that tolerates bullying and turns a blind eye because that's easier than dealing with it Constant redundancies and people chosen depending on senior leaders opinions of that person rather than the redundancy being about the job, as most of the time those jobs are replaced a few months later with a different job title Recent turnover in the HR team is also a concern.

Good practices are sometimes put aside in favor of revenue; cumbersome procedures, as in many large companies.
