My team has worked so hard the past few years to integrate Salesforce and Conga into our contracting process. Change is always slow, and I feel like we have made great progress. My team is positive and helpful. My Leader? AMAZING! She combines her experience in education and law to inspire us to reach our goals. She truly cares about us as individuals and doesn’t get the credit she deserves.

Cons

Rapid change isn’t for everyone. For those of us who like change and thrive in it, we are loving it here! We need better coffee in the break room and healthier options in the cafe area.
