      Pros

      Definitely shorter hours. Everyone is gone by 5pm. Some kind people, for sure.

      Cons

      So focused on removing costs to amplify shareholder value that the teams struggle to find the resources and capacity to create actual value.

      Pros

      I worked with data and loved the freedom that I had to own projects . The people in the company are fantastic to work with and the company is accommodating with work/life balance. The people are the most valuable resource here as they are willing to share their ideas if asked. Benefits are okay... not great and not bad.

      Cons

      Company has been going through heavy cost reductions, for the sake of making the short term bottom line look good. Investment in growth opportunities ( Data Enhancements, New Products, Better Marketing Budget, etc.) is just as important and cost reduction.

      Too much dependency on offshore resources. Allusive management with many layers on the org chart Stovepipe infrastructure
