      Pros

      Middle management is great, often people who have been promoted from working the positions below them, so are able to lead by example and understands their team. Company would always rather promote than externally hire

      Cons

      Company is trying to exponentially scale during economic downturn. Unrealistic KPI’s set and goal posts frequently moved, leading to cut commissions.

      The only pro worth mentioning is the option to work from home.

      Cons

      Too much micro-management from Leadership and Sr. Leadership staff. The expectations are ridiculous, you're expected to complete too many tasks in a short time. Leadership does a poor job of adequately training new employees. Management often cater to there favorites and ignore other employees.
