      Pros

      A wonderful manager it all starts there ... who will make sure everyone's needs are met schedule wise. a flexible schedule.... Working with a college students such a joy. The clientele I love working in public... to see people walk in and you smile at them and tell them bonlour and right away you can see they are happy to come to our store! The laugh we have with our Employees and discussions are always intresting .... a second family

      Cons

      To me one con would be when the students leave to finish there education, is sad, it like a family at Couche Tard.. When on employee leaves they have left an imprint in our hearts.

      Pros

      Different across departments. Some are great and fun to work in. But supply chain is generally weak. Few pros apart from 8h working day.

      Cons

      Poor middle management within supply Low tolerance for other than swedes Stiff gigantic company - no room for creativity
