      Pros

      Advancement, store rebate (banner-wide after 5 years), insurance for everyone higher that cashier. Established company, accomodating schedule (cashiers), great part-time job. Great work environment (depends on the store)

      Cons

      Lack of support for senior staff (moral, psychological), very high workload in very little time, high pressure environment, objectives very often influenced by uncontrollable factors which impact on performance. Poor work environment (depends on the store)

      Pros

      It's a nice place to work, also it's not stressful so it's really a plus in my opinion. You get paid 2 $ more if you work at night, which is really nice ! You get discount on all of the product, it's a good way to save yourself some money and encourage the company at the same time, it's pretty much a win/win situation for both side. And finally the most important thing, you get recognition for your good work !

      Cons

      The only cons that I found so far would be about the state of the store, I wish we could at least get it completely clean once a month with all of the employee's participating, because it's not really nice to see some dusty candy bar, it's just not appealing. Otherwise than that, I have nothing left to say. Note that this is only based at the place I work at the moment, and have nothing to do with the others convenience store under the banner : Couche Tard.
