      Intense interaction with the Canadian multinational and multi-ethnic groups. Continuous training to develop your skills in management, finance, HR, security, various laws and client servicing. Backed up by professional groups in all needed areas to help you maximize your performance. Good working atmosphere, Respectful and cheerful.

      Low salary and bonus scale vs job requirements.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule (depending on store manager). Some possibilities for advancement. Semi-decent bonuses based on customer service (though criteia have become far too subjective in recent years).

      Cons

      No respect towards employees (again depending on store and district manager). Seniority is looked down upon (don't expect to work there more than a year or two unless you're looking to "climb the ladder"). Yearly salary increase is less than annual inflation (meaning the longer you work, the less you actually earn). Store level management (store managers and assistant managers) are expected to be available and on call 24/7. Store staff (usually only one person at a time) is expected to serve customers, stock shelves, clean store, and act as store security all at the same time.
