Pros
Flexible at times with scheduling due to unforeseen medical issues. One of the many managers I had over the years saw the work and the loyalty and dedication and paid me accordingly, also allowed me to go away when needed to be with family.
Cons
Didn't care when I lost my spouse and home, and told me days before christmas that they were terminating me to clear up space in the filing cabinet. After 12 years of giving more than I ever received, and the last year I had been there, I worked 2 - 16 hour shifts EVERY weekend until October and no one saw an issue with that, no one.
