Fast‑paced environment: If you thrive on variety (customer interactions, stocking, cash‑register work) it can keep the day from feeling repetitive. Training & transferable skills: You’ll learn point‑of‑sale systems, inventory control, loss‑prevention procedures and customer‑service best practices—all résumé boosters. Employee discounts & perks: Many locations offer staff discounts on fuel, in‑store snacks and drinks. Opportunities for advancement: High turnover means shift‑lead or assistant‑manager roles can open up quickly if you show responsibility and reliability.
