Pros
The team at Couche-Tard was great and there was a good vibe. Colleagues are eager to help and management is understanding. They have some employees discount and a pension plan.
Cons
This is a call center job. Career wise, it is good to get started and learn some experience, but you'll stagnate quickly and being monitored all the time gets old quick. Couche-Tard has a reactive attitude, meaning you end up fixing the same problem everyday while no one is interested in addressing the root cause of those problems. Managers were good people, but they weren't IT technician and they were there only to manage people like a traditional call center.
