Pros

When you work as a team it's going fine, but they change employees so often that you can't get use to it and you are always training people

Cons

You just started working there and the 3rd day you are all alone and you work from 4-midnight alone with no help and you have line up to the coke frig in the back

Pros

It's a nice place to work, also it's not stressful so it's really a plus in my opinion. You get paid 2 $ more if you work at night, which is really nice ! You get discount on all of the product, it's a good way to save yourself some money and encourage the company at the same time, it's pretty much a win/win situation for both side. And finally the most important thing, you get recognition for your good work !

Cons

The only cons that I found so far would be about the state of the store, I wish we could at least get it completely clean once a month with all of the employee's participating, because it's not really nice to see some dusty candy bar, it's just not appealing. Otherwise than that, I have nothing left to say. Note that this is only based at the place I work at the moment, and have nothing to do with the others convenience store under the banner : Couche Tard.

Pros

The schedule is a big pro for me. My boss ask when I can or cannot work every week, respect the amount of hour per week that I ask to work most of the time.

Cons

The biggest con is the unreliable nature of some other employes. While it's not the fault of Couche-Tard, maybe more consequence should be put in place for those that do not come to work without a reason. Like I spoke with my boss, the biggest sickness of all for Couche-Tard employe seem to be "The beautiful sunday sickness". Otherwise, new employe should have a more structure formation when they start being the cashier. It's good to have other employe teach the new one, but withouth guidance it's easy to forget new stuff. I have work for Couche-Tard for 4 years now, and I learn something new, this week, that should have been told to me month ago about the new system PDI. It would have save me some problems with a customer.
