I was able to work more hours than the traditional 40 hour work week. I was able to have a flexible schedule.

Cons

There was not an on call list from the employees that could be used to cover a shift from an absent employee.

Pros

For a few months the compensation was okay. Ford models are getting better. Not much more to say. Glad I no longer work there.

Cons

The sales staff has almost completely turned over since I was there 2 years ago. Lots of hours (which isn't unusual for the automotive business). Competition is significant in the area.
