Pros

The pharmacy team at FSRMC is very concentrated on working as a team with other healthcare professionals for the health of their patients. They are eager to help in any way possible and contribute their knowledge whenever possible.

Cons

Old building, not CPOE live yet (coming May 2014)

continuous commitment to maintaining and improving quality; manager works diligently to assure adequate staffing; good educational opportunities in terms of corporate learning department; people are nice and helpful

Cons

compensation for support staff is low in relation to the responsibilities they have; company sometimes makes decisions that don't seem to be well thought out;

Pros

Always have excellent patient care given

Cons

Was one big family ... Now since Covenant health took over ... Almost all employees are miserable with their jobs. Even patients complain how unfriendly it is anymore. They rather go somewhere else for medical treatment .... Patients are just numbers now... not humans! No socializing is allowed!!!!
