The people are great to work with and the environment is always very well kept up and clean.

They strive to pay their employees less than average because they feel the culture and environment are enough to keep them.

Pros

If you know someone personally, it is easy to get a job. Otherwise, its difficult.

Cons

Management does the "secret squirrel" thing where they keep all the employees in the dark until someone leeks. This, coupled with lower than average pay, causes a huge turnover; especially when the management create issues from nothing and cant work with staff. A very "them vs. us" environment.
