I would never work here again, or ever recommend it to anyone else.

Pros

When all things come together as they should, the feeling of helping people cannot be beat. Once Covenant Health took the reins, the opportunities for continuing education were above-par.

Cons

Management is atrocious. They are disrespectful, non-communicative, unfair and disconnected. No room for advancement. Clique-y. Only care about getting the hospital in shape for JCAHO inspections, and letting it fall to pieces the rest of the time. Unenforced and selectively-enforced policies.

Pros

The benefits were good. Pay was comparable to other hospitals in the area. I liked my patients and most of my job duties.

Cons

Management did not listen to their employees needs or concerns for patient care. It was difficult to speak to anyone above you about any problems.
