Pros

• night shift pay was great • worked on the kids unit and absolutely adored them • insurance okay-ish • 3 on 4 off & 4 on 3 off rotating weeks was nice

Cons

• unit manager always had favorites • people were caught countless times hooking up in the parking lot on nights and none were fired • money hungry • no patients were actually helped while there. They were given a ton of meds to hush them up to get them through there time there and then discharged.
