Great Pay, lacking support and structure.

Pros

The pay and hours are good. Better pay than anywhere in the area. The hours are good when you can land 2-24 hour shifts a week. And overtime weekly if you want it. Not forced to take transports that will hold you past shift change.

Cons

No leadership support. Cooperate ran for maximum results with minimal people. Cooperate policies are pretty strict and conducive to good morale. Immediate supervision is unstable in decisions and makes minimal effort to make it a good environment for those underneath them. Can be emotionally tan rather than lead. There’s no real station, just an old doctors office that constantly has roof leaks and no covered parking for rigs.
