Pros

Good benefits, health, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan, PTO;

Cons

Not a good works life balance After St. Joseph Health and Providence Health merged, some layoffs and job eliminations occurred in many non-patient care areas, such as Human Resources, Medical Records, Accounting, and they were handled in a very poor manner

Pros

Good benefits as far as 401k and pto

Cons

Very toxic, gossipy, cliquish environment. Little respect for your role, more for status in the community and if you are buddies with management. Too many ethical and political things standing in the way of giving good care. There is no one to go to with concerns.
