Quality and mission is a focus. Great leadership training for new leaders. Great support from top leaders

Cons

No hospital transportation between campuses. Parking and travel is difficult with meetings at both campuses.

Christian ministry, caring coworkers, ability to advance, solid leadership, upgrading facilities, service to community. Constantly strives to provide best care to our patients. Truly believes and lives mission. Leadership working to grow.

Cons

salaries are not as competitive as other large hospital in town based on Covenant being non profit and other facility getting state and local tax based income.
