      Pros

      Faith based, desire to show the love of Jesus through its ministry, to honor all persons, and the blessing to be a part of the Providence St. Joseph's organization.

      Cons

      Large organization that is merging operations for efficiencies and best practices. This is great but also challenging in the short term.

      Pros

      Covenant has established a culture of teamwork and service to the community. Creating a culture like this takes years of very intentional, collective effort and that is obviously the case here.

      Cons

      We are a large company and it takes a little time to figure out all the moving parts. The support of our leaders and peers makes this not so bad.

      Pros

      Faith Based, patient centered- Upper administration is truly looking out for the employees best interest. Very happy at the hospital. Wouldn't work anywhere else.

      Cons

      Middle management doesn't get a lot of recognition. They are responsible for most of the patient population and they are not appreciated for the hard work and long hours they put in. Nursing directors are micro managers at times.
